2. What we collect on this website
When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the details you give us: name, work email, institution, role and your message. When you subscribe to our monthly note, we collect your email address. Our servers also record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
3. How we use it
To respond to your request, arrange the session you asked for, and send the note you subscribed to. We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for. Technical information is used to keep the website secure and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work, plus [analytics provider, placeholder] with IP anonymisation for aggregate usage statistics. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
5. Customer data processed in our products
Documents and records that an institution’s officers process in Finline products belong to that institution, which is the controller. Finline processes them only on the institution’s instructions, under a written agreement, in the hosting location the institution chooses. We do not use that data to train models for other customers. 6. Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and for [period] afterwards; subscription details until you unsubscribe.
