What it extracts
Every line, sorted into something a credit officer can use.
Salary credits
Employer, regularity, month-to-month variance and whether the amount matches the salary slip.
Business inflows
Customer receipts, card settlements and seasonality for self-employed applicants.
Recurring obligations
Loan and leasing instalments, card payments, insurance, grouped by counterparty, with the day of month they fall due.
Irregular transfers
One-off inflows, round-trips between own accounts and deposits just before the application date.
Balance behaviour
Minimum balances, returned items, overdraft use and how long salary lasts each month.
Gaps & missing months
Missing pages or months are called out, not silently skipped. The officer is asked for them.
How it works
From upload to loan file in one sitting.
Upload
The officer drops the files, or the customer sends them through their upload link.
Normalise
Different bank layouts become one ledger. Scanned pages go through Document OCR first.
Categorise
Each line is labelled; uncertain ones are shown to the officer rather than guessed.
Compute
Verified income, obligations and debt-to-income, with the proposed instalment applied.
Confirm & attach
The officer confirms the report; it is attached to the loan file with their name on it.
Flags, not verdicts
It points. The officer asks the question.
A flag is a reason to have a conversation with the customer, not a reason to decline. Each one comes with the lines that triggered it.
Who decides
An income figure is only “verified” when an officer says so.
